From the time of your first enquiry and continuing throughout your holiday, Merrilyn and Quintin ensure you receive unparalleled and professional service in every aspect of your luxury ski chalet holiday.
Upon arrival in Courchevel, your first impression will be a genuinely warm and friendly welcome with the emphasis on relaxing you in to the beginning of your skiing holiday!
Afternoon tea will be available in the comfortable lounge with the choice of coffee, teas, wine and a lovely home baked cake.
Once you have settled in, we will be on hand to advise about the resort, the skiing and current conditions as well as arrange your ski and boot hire, ski passes and requirements for ski tuition.
Your lift pass will be delivered to your chalet lounge prior to your first days skiing and in plenty of time for you to catch the first lift up the mountain if you so wish!
On Wednesday evening you have the opportunity to dine in the marvellous restaurants of the region…local Savoyarde, Mexican, modern French, Italian, Russian. We are happy to give our recommendations of a restaurant that is suited to your choice of cuisine and make you a reservation.
We are able to cater for your dietary needs and allergies, and are excited to help with the celebrations of a special occasion such as birthday or anniversary with a cake, champagne, flowers…simply inform us at the time of booking!
Should you encounter any problems during your holiday - a lost ski pass, uncomfortable ski boot or you would just like to try different skis, then we will be pleased to find you a solution.
